I used a White Card and designed it using stencil on the background. Adorned it with plain white card stock and distressed the sided using distress inks. And used a paper pack design cutout for the background. Then i used the digital image of ‘That Tickles, Happy Halloween‘ from Scrap booking for beginners and colored using water colors.
